The Parents:
Boreas is a very attractive richly pigmented black and tan male from
strong West German working lines. His grandfather, Marko
VonDer Siegerland (lines back to Uran Kirschental, Drigon V.
Furhannschoff) was bred and handled by Jim Hill, a national
and international competitor in the Schutzhund sport. Marko
placed 4th and 5th at the Nationals with Jim and Boreas is very much
like Marko in his protection and civil drive. Boreas has been
shown in AKC competition with his first title at 2 years old.
He obtained his Utility Title at only 4 years old! He
consistently placed in the ribbon/podium category and after
receiving his titles, we went on to a Schutzhund BH and personal
protection work, where he demonstrates excellent obedience, control,
grips, and engagement of the helper.
Emma is a black and tan with silver fleck and she was imported from
Germany with her Schutzhund II title. Her East German Pedigree
contains Lump and Lord Gleisdreieck and with the old Barenfang
Kennels, she brings tremendous drive, a super solid temperament, and
great focus to this breeding. Her obedience is solid and her
bitework is fast, happy, engaging, and hard.
